![]() ![]() Of course, in this case current never exceeds 5A. Mounted on this heatsink, temperature seems to rise no more than to approximately 26 degrees Celsius. A DS1820 digital temperature sensor is mounted on one of the upper MOSFET:s to measure its temperature during operation. It controls the upper MOSFET:s using a 64 kHz PWM signal, thereby eliminating switching noise from the motor. The Arduino is programmed in pure C (using avr-gcc, without the Arduino IDE). #Ir2110 mosfet driver circuit diagram drivers#A lab power supply is used to provide 12 volts to the bridge drivers and a 12V / 12 Ah sealed lead-acid battery drives the MY1016 24V DC motor via the bridge. These, in turn, drive the gates of four IRF3205 MOSFET. It consists of an Arduino Uno, programmed in C to control two IRF2110 half-bridge drivers (on the breadboard). This is my lab setup to prototype an H-bridge driver circuit for my (hopefully) upcoming Segway clone. ![]()
